Each case on the NBOME CDM simulator has 4-8 questions to test you on that particular case. On the real test, each case is usually 2-4 questions, but they can choose any aspect of the case to test you on. Because of this, we have more questions so that you will be prepared for any question that could be asked of you for that particular case.
